Your first visit

No appointment is necessary to climb with us. Climbers can simply walk in to set up a day pass and shoe rental. If guests have not had an opportunity to fill out a waiver in advance, staff will provide a tablet or a QR code to fill out the waiver in the facility. After setting up a day pass and shoe rental, staff will provide a facility and safety orientation to ensure climbers and guests are aware of our policies so that they can manage their risk while they climb. This is a great opportunity to ask facility questions along with any current specials. Climbers will have full use of the facility for the entire day and may even leave the facility to enjoy the many other food and entertainment offerings in the area. Once finished, climbers return their shoe rental to the front desk. Day passes may be upgraded to membership or punch cards so please remember to ask staff about this before leaving the facility for the day.

Make sure you have a waiver on file with us

Climbing is inherently dangerous and while we will give every new climber a full orientation of our facility along with our safety protocols to help climbers manage their risk, we want to make sure you are comfortable climbing with us. Every person on the climbing floor must have a waiver on file with us. If you have filled out a waiver at another Rock Spot Climbing facility, we will have your waiver on file, but if this is your first time, please fill one out before arriving. All participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver filled out by a parent or legal guardian.

No experience necessary

If you have the desire to climb, we will provide the opportunity for you to do so. We have always believed that climbing is for all ages and abilities. As long as you have the physical ability to climb a ladder, we have climbs that will provide an appropriate challenge. If you have a financial barrier, a disability, or require some adaptation to climb, contact us at Questions@RockSpotClimbing.com so that we can learn more and find a way to make climbing accessible for you.
